We enjoyed a fantastic Sunday lunch with beef that melted in the mouth, the smoothest mash potato, crunchy roasties, perfectly cooked veg and tasty gravy followed by a lovely selection of puddings.

Love this place! A group of four of us had a festive afternoon tea, which was absolutely scrumptious. There was a variety of large sandwiches and lots of homemade cakes to choose from. The owner was very polite and accommodating. I would gladly recommend.

Called in for lunch recently and I had one of the ‘specials’ – beef bourguingnon. It was excellent, so rich and tasty. My wife had the chorizo and bean casserole including a duck egg. Also excellent.

We have visited Sloan’s several times and the food has always been very good. Its a lovley small venue (seats approx 22 people) , where everything is cooked fresh with great skill.
